Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Intellectual Property Statement

Read the statement below, then sign electronically. A copy of your signed agreement is sent to Chance Training and Consulting and to your email address. The 16-week syllabus opens as soon as you sign.

Terms

  1. 1.All materials associated with the M.I.N.D. Your Business with H.E.A.R.T.® framework, including but not limited to curriculum content, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, presentations, training materials, coaching tools, exercises, worksheets, models, graphics, methodologies, processes, terminology, scoring tools, implementation strategies, and related resources, are proprietary intellectual property of Chance Training & Consulting®, LLC and/or Dr. Katrina S. Chance, DBA, MAMO, FSC®.
  2. 2.Participation in a training, coaching session, Mastermind, workshop, consultation, demonstration pilot, or organizational engagement does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, teach, license, sell, publish, upload, record, or otherwise use proprietary materials outside the scope of the authorized engagement.
  3. 3.Participants, facilitators, contractors, organizational representatives, and partnering entities agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Confidential information may include business strategies, organizational assessments, participant information, coaching discussions, program models, internal documents, implementation plans, pricing structures, trade practices, and other information identified as confidential.
  4. 4.No audio recording, video recording, photography of proprietary materials, screen recording, duplication, artificial intelligence training/uploading, or electronic distribution of protected materials is permitted without prior written authorization from Chance Training & Consulting,® LLC.
  5. 5.Materials provided to participating organizations are licensed for the specific purpose and period identified in the applicable agreement. They may not be transferred to another organization, consultant, facilitator, employee, contractor, or third party for independent use without written permission.
  6. 6.Nothing within the engagement grants an individual or organization the right to represent themselves as a certified M.I.N.D. Your Business with H.E.A.R.T.® facilitator, trainer, consultant, licensee, or authorized representative unless that designation has been formally granted in writing by Chance Training & Consulting,® LLC.
  7. 7.By participating in the program or receiving proprietary materials, the individual or organization acknowledges and agrees to protect the confidentiality, integrity, ownership, and authorized use of the M.I.N.D. Your Business with H.E.A.R.T.® framework and associated intellectual property.
